Refund Terms and Conditions

The refund terms and conditions relates directly to payments made for the deposit and the full course payment.

For Deposit Payments
You may receive your deposit upon request minus a 20% Service Fee + Transaction Fees if requested by the course payment due date.  You will forfeit your deposit if communication is not made by this date.  

For Career Consultations 
Meeting cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of your scheduled meeting. There will be no refunds for no call/no show situations.

After Full Payment is Received for the Program
You may receive up to 90% refund if you request to cancel within 48 hours of your program start date.

You may receive up to 50% refund if you request to cancel within the first week of starting the program.  

There are no refunds after the first week of starting the program.  No exceptions.
